We don't currently use cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites can store on your device, typically to remember information between visits, analyse traffic, or serve targeted advertising.

The Complaia website does not currently set any cookies. We don't use analytics tools, marketing pixels, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. The only thing this website does is show you information and let you submit a sign-up form if you choose to — nothing is tracked in the background.

Fonts

This website uses web fonts that are downloaded and hosted directly by our own server, not loaded from Google's servers at run-time — so no data is sent to a third party just by loading a page.

Why there's no cookie banner

Cookie consent banners are required when a website uses non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies. Since this website currently doesn't use any, we haven't added one — a banner with nothing to consent to would just be noise.

If this changes

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future — for example, as part of the Complaia platform itself — we'll update this policy and add an appropriate consent mechanism before doing so, not after.
